I've got a great group of moms to hang out with here in Bountiful with great kids and lots of fun ideas to keep them entertained. We try to do a playdate every week, this week we did a hike that starts up by the "B" on the mountain and leads to a rock climbing wall and creek. (We did not rock climb!)
But we did play in the water and have a picnic once we got there. It was so much fun.
I was worried on the way up cause we didn't leave until 10am, no one had been on this hike before, no one knew how far it was to the creek, each mom had at least two or three kids to get up there, and it was HOT! I was especially worried about hiking back in the middle of the afternoon and how we would survive. But after a long hot hike in, and a refreshing picnic, the clouds came out and we were able to make it back to our cars just as the rain began. It turned out perfect.
